Social media, presentations

Allows unlimited use in social media and presentations. Social media includes video/content-sharing and messaging platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, Threads, and similar networks. Presentations cover web-based, analog, or email-distributed formats. Use within preparatory tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or PowerPoint is always included. Social media campaigns and boosting posts are excluded. The determining factor is the maximum follower/member count per channel for social media or the anticipated reach within the next two months for presentations. No upgrade is required, even if the media is used later and the reach has increased in the meantime.

Websites, apps

Allows unlimited use in websites, web apps, and mobile apps, e.g., blogs, online shops, or landing pages. Usage in preparatory tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Webflow is included. The decisive metric is the average monthly active user count over the last two months before purchase, per website or app (per app store). An upgrade will never be necessary, even if you use the image at a later time. If no analytics data is available, the maximum number of years since your website or app has been live or accessible to users will apply. The resale option allows integration into resellable websites and apps, such as templates or white-label SaaS.

Print

Allows the use in printed media such as flyers, brochures, T-shirts, and more. Usage within preparatory tools like InDesign is included. The maximum print run applies. You can print additional copies at any time until your license is used up, even if the photo appears in different printed products. The “Unlimited” option allows forever unlimited print runs. For front covers, the size restriction specified in brackets applies, e.g., for covers, mugs, or T-shirts. There are no size limitations for inner pages. The resale option allows use in resellable products such as books, magazines, or merchandise. The printed product must be part of another product, such as puzzles, mugs, or postcards. Standalone photo prints intended for sale are excluded.

Campaigns, newsletters

Allows usage in all types of campaigns, such as social media campaigns, digital out-of-home advertising, email marketing, TV ads, content marketing, display ads, search engine advertising, and print campaigns. The determining factor is either the total campaign budget or the maximum audience size, such as the number of recipients for newsletters. For combined campaigns, the total budget for all activities applies. An upgrade is required if the budget is exceeded or the audience grows and the medium continues to be used in campaigns. The “Unlimited” option allows unlimited usage without the need for upgrades. A campaign license replaces, for example, a print license if printed media is used solely for the print campaign.

Enterprise (add-on option)

The Enterprise License lifts the restrictions of standard usage, which, among other things, limits the sharing of the file to two individuals. It allows simultaneous editing, storage, and use by all employees without any limit on the number of users. Files can be stored on internal servers, cloud systems, databases, or digital asset management systems (DAMs) and shared organization-wide. External service providers, subcontractors, or partners are permitted to use the file on behalf of the licensee but exclusively for the licensee’s purposes. Subsidiaries, brands, or divisions of the organization are also included. Storage for backup or archival purposes is likewise permitted.
